Section 1 — Client Modifications & Cheating
Using modified clients, or any modifications that allow an unfair gameplay advantage over standard vanilla players, is strictly prohibited.
Examples:
- X-ray texture packs, cheat clients, or vision hacks.
- Mini-maps displaying entities, cave systems, or more information than Dynmap.
- Macros, hardware/software autoclickers, or automation scripts.
Players are strictly limited to using one account. To switch primary accounts or register two separate players sharing the same Wi-Fi/IP address, please open a support ticket in Discord.
Taking advantage of bugs, duplication methods, plugin glitches, or server mechanics is strictly prohibited. Known exploits must be reported to staff immediately.
Section 2 — Towny & Naming Guidelines
Towns may not block another town from expanding. Older towns take priority, though claim usage is also considered. Claims may be rolled back with or without a refund.
Players must not grief near other towns, including large-scale resource collection around populated areas. Staff can rollback grief and issue bans for repeated offenses.
New towns should not be created too close to existing towns, especially when doing so blocks in the older town's natural progression.
Extensive world modification like artificial island creation is not allowed. Players must preserve natural terrain, avoid destroying major islands, and limit extreme terraforming.
Nations must be named after an existing or historical real-world nation. Nations can be renamed by staff if non-compliant. Open a ticket to verify your proposed name.
Towns do not have to be named after a real-world location, but all names must fully adhere to toxicity rules and chat decorum guidelines.
Section 3 — Theft, Scamming & PvP
Stealing from wilderness chests is permitted, but scamming players through agreed-upon shop transactions, contracts, or trusted permissions inside claims is forbidden.
Instantly claiming falling, unmaintained, or ruined towns using automated scripts, macros, or unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.
Building Nether or End portals intended to trap players in continuous loading screens, lava, or inescapable obsidian pits is banned.
Repeatedly killing players at world spawn, public teleports, or warps where they cannot defend themselves or escape is disallowed.
Section 4 — Siege War
Siege towns are allowed to bypass normal proxy claiming rules, provided the town is used for a war within two weeks of creation. After two weeks, inactive siege towns can be deleted by staff.
Intentionally allowing opposing players to kill alt accounts or willing victims to artificially manipulate war scores or siege points is forbidden.
Obstructing siege banners with illegal block setups or exploits that prevent enemies from properly contesting or reaching war banners is prohibited.
All wars must be declared via Discord in the #nation-announcements channel prior to mechanically declaring war in-game.
Section 5 — Discord & Chat Guidelines
Sending repetitive messages, line flooding, large ASCII text art, or abusing ALL CAPS in global chat channels is disallowed.
Advertising external Minecraft servers, Discord communities, or commercial products in public chat or direct messages is prohibited.
English is the required language for public global chat so staff can effectively moderate. Other languages are welcomed in local, town, nation, or private messages.
Section 6 — Toxicity & Harassment
Intentionally disrupting, trolling, or sabotaging official server events or community gatherings hosted by staff is forbidden.
Impersonating staff members, developers, or other players using similar display names, skins, or nick commands to deceive the community is prohibited.
Hate speech, slurs, discrimination, or derogatory attacks based on race, gender, religion, or orientation will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Explicit discussions, inappropriate links, NSFW imagery, or suggestive builds are strictly prohibited across all server channels.
Discussion of real-world conflicts should be limited, and staff must be respected if they ask for a conversation to end. Extensive debate can result in a mute.
Players should not doxx others or share personal real-world information (names, locations, contact info) under any circumstances.
Targeted, repeated harassment or bullying directed at specific players across platforms with the goal of ruining their experience is prohibited.
Section 7 — Tickets & Staff Guidelines
Support tickets should be opened only for genuine server issues or appeals. Spamming, trolling, or misusing tickets is not permitted.
Screenshots of tickets should not be shared publicly in Discord or in-game channels to preserve privacy and prevent drama.
If you have a concern about staff abuse, please directly contact the server owner with solid proof rather than arguing in public channels.
Bans should not be used for geopolitical advantage, including blackmailing other players or leveraging staff penalties in wars.
